Alerlit Group also helps to provide jobs to Single Mothers (a local non-profit organization) and assists to pay above the average salaries of the industrial worker. What is the biggest challenge your company faces to export?
We are challenged by getting certifications and, also the logistics cost to move a small volume of cargo.
How was your experience participating in the "Women & Business Contest" at Pacific Trade Show Toronto 2019?
I am looking at Canada as a potential market for my products. It was a great to learn from other businesswomen and the experience of meeting key people to open the market.
What advice would you give to a company led by women looking for opportunities in the international market?
My advice is to be patient; it is a process that is not fast. It takes hard work, time and investing money to do it.
